Must have Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

At least one year home health experience preferred.

With license in State of Florida.

JOB DUTIES:

Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects for the company. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Develop and update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and vendor staffing. Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables. Monitor project progress and execution to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies. Identify, review, and select vendors or consultants to meet project needs. Negotiate with project stakeholders and suppliers to obtain resources and materials. Coordinate with vendor personnel to identify and resolve problems. Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and technology trends.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field, plus one (1) year of IT project/program management or related experience.

This position also requires education or experience in:

Advanced data management and network management;

Overseeing IT projects from beginning to completion;

Analyzing business and operations to optimize IT project plan;

Working on projects or programs requiring the integration of cross-functional technology and/or business solutions; and

Designing, documenting, and implementing processes, tools/technology, and practices
